Scheduling Policies
Pre-appointment details & Payment policies
Please carefully read the following information when booking with us an personalize appointment:
1. Appointment Booking: When you book an appointment with us, you reserve a specific time in our calendar that becomes unavailable to others. Please commit to the date and time you select.
2. Advance Payment: Payment is required at the time of booking your appointment.
3. Preparation for Appointment: For an effective session, please have the following information, and any other important for you ready:
The Autodesk software name and version used by you or your company.
PDF files or any relevant documents related to your issue.
4. Zoom Meeting Details: A Zoom meeting link will be provided as soon as you book your appointment. Please:
Use a high-quality, non-wireless headset with a microphone for clear audio.
Log in to the Zoom room about 10 minutes before your appointment to check your audio settings.
5. Meeting Attendance: No more than 3 people are allowed in the meeting unless specified during scheduling.
Cancellation and re-schedule policies
Your appointments are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel or re-scheduling your appointment, we respectfully request you to read the following information:
1. Late Arrivals: If you are over 15-20 minutes late, we may not be able to accommodate your appointment. We will try to adjust your appointment time, if possible, but if there's a subsequent appointment, we'll need to reschedule yours.
2. Cancellations: If you need to cancel, please inform us via email at least 16 hours in advance. This allows us to offer the slot to another client.
3. Late Cancellation Fee: Cancelling less than 16 hours before your appointment incurs a 40% cancellation fee of the appointment fee.
4. No-Shows: If you miss your appointment without cancelling and are not present within the first 25 minutes of a Zoom meeting, you will only be offered a 15% refund to use for a future appointment.
5. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please use our scheduling system to do so or notify us via email at least 16 hours in advance to allow others to book the available time.
