1. Purpose of This Addendum
These Course Enrollment Terms (“Enrollment Terms”) apply to all individuals or organizations enrolling in any course, program, or educational offering provided by Revit Strategies Solutions (the “Courses”).
These Enrollment Terms supplement and form part of the main Terms of Use.
For certain offers or programs, additional terms (such as VIP Founders Terms & Conditions) may apply.
2. Enrollment and Access
Upon successful enrollment and payment:
Access to Courses is granted through the designated learning platform (currently Thinkific)
Access is provided to the individual account holder only
Login credentials are personal and may not be shared
Course access begins as described at the time of purchase or enrollment and may vary by program.
3. License to Use Course Materials
Enrollment grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use Course materials solely for the enrolled individual’s personal or internal professional development.
You may not:
Share login credentials
Distribute course videos, files, or materials
Record, download, or reproduce course content
Use materials for commercial training, resale, or redistribution
All course materials remain the intellectual property of Revit Strategies Solutions.
4. Course Content and Updates
Course content may be updated, revised, expanded, or reorganized over time to maintain relevance and quality.
Such updates:
Do not reduce the core value of the Course
Do not entitle participants to refunds or compensation
May include changes to structure, lessons, or delivery format
5. Platform Availability (Thinkific)
Courses are delivered using third-party platforms, including Thinkific.
Revit Strategies Solutions is not responsible for:
Temporary outages
Platform maintenance
Technical issues beyond its control
Reasonable efforts will be made to restore access or provide alternatives where possible.
6. Payment and Transactions
Payments are processed through third-party payment processors (including Stripe).
Revit Strategies Solutions does not store or process payment card information directly.
Payment terms, currency, and billing details are presented at checkout and must be reviewed prior to purchase.
7. Refunds and Cancellations
Refund policies vary by Course and offer and are disclosed at the time of purchase.
Unless otherwise stated:
Digital content purchases are non-refundable once access has been granted
Limited-capacity or bonus-based programs may have stricter refund conditions
Where applicable, program-specific terms override general refund provisions.
8. Student Conduct
Participants are expected to engage respectfully and professionally.
Revit Strategies Solutions reserves the right to:
Suspend or terminate access for misconduct
Remove participants who violate these terms
Protect the integrity of the learning environment
No refunds will be issued in cases of termination due to misconduct.
9. No Guarantee of Results
Courses are designed to support learning and professional development.
However:
No guarantees are made regarding outcomes, certification, employment, or project success
Results depend on individual effort, experience, and application context
10. Relationship to Program-Specific Terms
Certain Courses or programs may be subject to additional terms (e.g., VIP Founders, limited cohorts, or bundled offerings).
In the event of a conflict:
Program-specific terms take precedence

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Enrollment Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from Course enrollment shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located within the State of New York.
